We continue to support students who have finished school through mentoring, helping them find work experience opportunities and providing guidance on their next steps in education or employment. We also encourage post-16 students to take on leadership opportunities within Aspire 2 Succeed, including becoming Junior Trustees and participating in interview panels when recruiting new volunteers.

Our support does not end when a young person leaves school. Post-16 students remain part of the Aspire 2 Succeed community and are invited to take part in holiday activities, trips and events throughout the year. We continue to offer work experience opportunities and ongoing support, helping young people build confidence, develop new skills and achieve their goals as they move into adulthood.
