She is deeply committed to youth work, life skills development, and youth equality. Carol is a University Postgraduate, University lecturer in Health and wellbeing she also held positions as an Independent Panel Member for a Fostering Panel, and a School Governor.
Roshni Saroi – Trustee. Young People Board Representation. Social Media,
Roshni is a dedicated and passionate advocate for educational equity, and children’s rights and well-being. Roshni started her journey with Aspire2succeed as a dedicated volunteer and has developed to the role of youth trustee, bringing a fresh perspective and energy to the board. Her commitment to uplifting and supporting children’s development is evident in her past experiences and contributions through working with various non-profit organisations, focusing on both youth empowerment and supporting the community.
Odeen Clarke – Trustee
Odeen is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in both the National Health Service & Local Government. Odeen’s professional expertise includes Budgeting, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance. She is very passionate about supporting others to succeed, such as helping small businesses (including non-profit), maintain financial integrity, and ensure that quality controls are in place

A qualified ACCA professional who has extensive knowledge & experience in both management and financial accounting, With an in depth knowledge in financial process oversight, risk management, and strategic planning. I am confident in my abilities for the role of Treasurer.
