Carol Campbell – Founder, CEO, Chair of the Board, Mentor Supervision Support and Student Progression Lead
Carol is passionate about helping young people to build bright futures. She is committed to delivering transformational changes and deeply committed to youth work, life skills development, and youth equality. Carol is a university postgraduate, university lecturer in health and wellbeing she also held positions as an independent panel member and a school governor.

Emily Hyde – Secretary and Deputy Safeguarding Lead
Emily has a BA Hons degree in Journalism, PR and Media and has experience in working for multiple charity organisations. Emily is passionate about working with and shining the light on young people local communities to help them reach their full potential.

Raghu Mohandas – Acting Treasurer
Ragu is an experienced global leader in programmes, engineering, technology, and business, with nearly 20 years of experience across OEMs, JVs, strategic partnerships, startups, and R&D institutions viz Rolls-Royce, Larsons & Turbo, Eminox -IPR, Quest Global and othersdelivering world class physical systems with passion to drive ideas into successful business outcomes. Raghu is also passionate about supporting and mentoring young people, helping them learn, become confident and be empowered to contribute at every stage of their lives and become a well rounded individual.

Dr. Keerthi Devendra – Trustee
Keerthi is passionate about helping young people and believes every individual deserves to be able to achieve their best, especially in a developed country like the UK. Keerthi would like to use his extensive working experience in the universities and in industry (in several countries including the UK), as well as extensive living experience in several countries to help young people to develop into healthy adults with skills, and knowledge, to serve the society whilst maintaining a reasonably comfortable life.
