Founder and Director (RMN, RGN, Cert Ed. BSC (Hons). MSc.) .Carol is passionate about helping young people to build bright futures,. She is committed to  delivering transformational changes. She is deeply committed to youth work, life skills development, and youth equality. Carol is a University Postgraduate, University lecturer in Health and wellbeing she also held positions as an Independent Panel Member for a Fostering Panel, and a School Governor.

                         

Odeen Clarke – Trustee

Odeen is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in both the National Health Service & Local Government. Odeen’s professional expertise includes Budgeting, financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance.  She  is very passionate about supporting others to succeed, such as helping small businesses (including non-profit), maintain financial integrity, and ensure that quality controls are in place

 

Dr. Keerthi Devendra – Trustee

 C.Eng., FIMMM, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., + various other professional training courses

Keerthi is Passionate about helping young People and believes every individual deserves to be able to achieve their best, especially in a developed country like the UK.  Keerthi would like to use his extensive working experience in the Universities and in Industry (in several countries including the UK), as well as  extensive living experience in several countries to help young people to develop into healthy adults with skills, and knowledge, to serve the society whilst maintaining a reasonably comfortable life.

 

Raghu Mohandas.,BEng., MEng.  – Trustee.
