It is a privilege to be the Chief Executive Officer at ASPIRE 2 Succeed and work alongside such dedicated volunteers to support our young people and to create opportunities for them to prosper and flourish.  I founded this charity in 2015 and I’m passionate about seeing young people achieving their potential. It is one of my proudest achievement. Our teachers and volunteers are highly qualified, very skilled and share a commitment to ensuring that every young person is happy and are ‘thriving and are not just surviving’.

We foster high aspiration and a ‘can do’ attitude in our young people. Our success is centred on our strong partnership with our young people and their parents/carers, working to realise each individual’s potential. We believe that all young people have a talent and are a valuable member of the wider community. Our charity offers an inclusive risk assessed environment, and we are committed to the equality agenda, and safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do.

We provide our young people with an inspirational range of exciting opportunities and activities around the core academic subjects, social skills, life skills, recreational and sporting activities, career pathways, and post-16 support. Alongside strong pastoral support and one to one mentoring, we pride ourselves on ‘never giving up’ on young people and we work to provide individualised approaches to meet a wide range of young people’s needs.
